Climate and Urban Environment: Lesson from the Past for Future Challenges. 25 November 2015, IGOT-ULisboa Programme

This conference aims to open the debate on how important past climate in urban areas is to better understand the challenges that humans faces in the future. Although climate change is real and almost unquestionable, most of its impacts in cities are not well understood and defined. After the evidences presented in the morning presentations, in the afternoon the debate will be open to the scientific and civil society, where all new developments will be analyzed and discussed to better decide our common future.
